Everyday of the Lipscomb Spring Break Campaign is different. The one constant is the continuous search for areas to spread the Gospel of Christ. We will conduct evangelism efforts in a variety of ways. The major way we will spread the Gospel is by letting God shine through our every action. People will have no doubt we are Christians by the way we conduct ourselves, by our smiles and friendliness, and by our willingness to do anything to serve anyone we encounter.
Our door knocking efforts will be an awesome time to do this along with many other things. It will also allow us to meet and talk with people from a different area of the world. You'll meet some great people and some great conversations will come up. You have the chance to share your faith with everyone you meet. Hopefully, you'll see the people you talk to at our nightly street meetings.
Street meetings are exactly what they sound like... meetings on the side of the street. Brother Mike or another Jamaican preacher will speak to an audience gathered in a parking lot through a public address system mounted on the church van. People come from all over the hear what's being said, and many just stay at home to listen... regardless of their physical location, they hear the Word preached.
